1. Who we are
AdverX Marketing Solutions (“AdverX”, “we”, “us”) is a specialist Google Ads and Meta Ads agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
2. The data we collect
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry form: name, business name, website, email address, phone number.
- The campaign goals and background information you choose to share with us.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through analytics where you have consented.
- Advertising account data that you grant us access to during an engagement.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or strategy session.
- To deliver, manage and report on advertising campaigns you have engaged us for.
- To meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
- To improve our website and services.
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, once engaged, on the basis of performing our contract with you. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example advertising platforms (Google, Meta), hosting providers and accounting software — and only to the extent needed to deliver our service.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as legal and tax obligations require.
7. Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete data where we have no ongoing lawful reason to keep it.
- Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on advertising accounts and encrypted transmission of form submissions.
9. Contact
To exercise any of the rights above, or to ask a question about this policy, please use our contact form.
Placeholder notice: before this site goes live, replace the details above with your registered company name, company number, registered address, data-protection contact email and (if applicable) ICO registration number, and have the wording reviewed by a qualified adviser.
